Welcome

We have known each other for years, united by a shared conviction that society is better off wherever there are strong, healthy relationships. We feel this imperative more keenly today than ever.
Robin and Philip first connected through church planting in Islington, while Andy and Robin crossed paths through a mutual network. Andy has known Philip from birth, being his uncle and all that.
Robin Plummer is married, a father of two young adults and a church leader. He holds Masters in both History of Art and in Theology. He worked a brief stint at the Tate Gallery, a longer stint in business, and has undertaken 20 years of church planting and pastoring. He believes that the Wisdom tradition in the Bible wants to help us to do relationships well. He also loves football, NFL, cycling, listening to jazz, cooking and eating!
Philip Parnham is an entrepreneur and a creative, critical thinker with a professional interest in supported housing. Driven by his dream of a Jesus-centred reformation, Philip is dedicated to fostering a cultural, intellectual, and practical shift away from impersonal transactionalism and “might is right” towards a greater awareness that good relationships not only matter but are crucial in absolutely every walk of life.
Andy Parnham is from the West Country. He studied medicine and worked as a doctor in London for some years, but then turned to church and community work in inner London and the Middle East. This gave him extensive experience and insight into diverse cultures and communities, which stood him in good stead for his more recent work, leading wellbeing courses such as The Happiness Course. His passion for wholistic wellbeing connected well with his Christian perspectives on relationships, cultures and communities. Relational theology flowed naturally from this – the basis of his partnership with Phil and Robin.
